About Thompson Tickets
Thompson Tickets is shop software for independent auto repair shops that still run on paper tickets. It's meant to be simple to learn and cheap to run.
Where it stands
It's early. Today you can set up your shop and give each person a sign-in with a role (owner, service writer or tech). Customers, vehicles, repair tickets, estimates and invoices are being built next, and each one is added to the free plan as it's ready. A Pro plan for things like texting customers, card payments and parts ordering may come later; it isn't for sale, and there's a waitlist if you want it.
Who makes it
Thompson Tickets is made by Thompson SWE LLC, a veteran-owned software company in Atlanta, Georgia, run by Joey Thompson. Before he wrote software he worked as a mechanic, and he's building this with shop owners rather than for them.
