Privacy policy

We keep only what it takes to run your account and your shop's workspace, and you can delete your account yourself.

What we keep

• Your sign-in: your email address and the name you give. Passwords are handled by Amazon Cognito; we never see them.
• Your shop, if you set one up: its name, the people in it, their roles, and invitations you send (the invited email address and role).
• The Pro waitlist, if you join it: your email, your shop's name, and the phone and city if you give them.
• Anonymous visit counts: which pages are opened, which site linked here, and errors pages hit. No cookies and nothing that identifies you.

What we use it for

To run Thompson Tickets: sign you in, show your shop to the people in it, send the invitations you ask us to send, and tell waitlist members when Pro is ready. We don't sell your information or use it for ads.

Who else sees it

• Amazon Web Services hosts the site, the database, sign-in and our email.
• People in your shop see your name and role. Only the shop's owners see email addresses.

Deleting it

Delete your account under Settings → Delete account: that removes your sign-in and what's stored with it right away. To come off the Pro waitlist, email support@thompsonswe.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
