Terms of service
By using Thompson Tickets (thompsontickets.com, run by Thompson SWE LLC) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. Early access
Thompson Tickets is early software. Features are added and changed as they're built, and some things may not work as expected. Keep your own records of anything you can't afford to lose.
2. Your account
You sign in with an email address through Amazon Cognito. Keep your sign-in safe; you're responsible for what's done with your account. One person per account. A shop's owners decide who's in the shop and what role each person has.
3. Plans
The free plan costs nothing and needs no card. Nothing is for sale yet. If a paid plan opens later, its price and terms will be shown before anyone pays, and joining the waitlist doesn't commit you to buying it.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Thompson Tickets to harm us or anyone else: no hacking, scraping, overloading the service, distributing malware, or using it to send people messages they didn't ask for. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. No warranty
Thompson Tickets is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Thompson SWE LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
6. Ending
You can delete your account any time under Settings. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version is posted here with a new date; continuing to use Thompson Tickets means you accept it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and disputes go to the courts of Georgia.
